Baptist Church at 1:30 p.m with Rev. N.T. Young Sr. officiating. Burial will be In Cedar Grove Cemetery. Survivors include three sons, Joseph Willls, Augusta, Charles Willis, Brazil, Chester Wiilis, Brooklyn, N.Y., two daughters, Mrs. Charlotte Worthy, Brooklyn, Mrs. Doris Armstead, Charlotte, N.C., nin grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
