** OBITUARY **
Mr. John Williams, Jr., born September 11,1909, departed this life Thursday, December 14, 1989. He was the son of the late John and Bessie Williams.
At an early age he was converted and baptized at the Bethlehem Baptist Church, Olar, South Carolina.
After the marriage to his wife, Mrs. Edith Williams, three children were added to the family. They later moved to the Augusta area, and then moved their membership to Tabernacle Baptist Church, where they are presently attending.
He leaves to mourn his passing, one son, Mr. John Williams, III, Hanford, California; one brother, Mr. Ernest Williams, Augusta, Ga.; two daughters-in-law, Mrs. Dorothy Williams, Hanford, California and Mrs. Thelma Williams, Augusta, Ga.; one son-in-law, Mr. Edward Williams of St. Petersburg, Fla.; two brothers-in-law, Mr. Lucious Meyers, Summerville and Mr. Lemual Kemp, Augusta, Ga.; four sisters-in-law, Mrs. Azalee Black, Mrs. Gladys McMicheal, Mrs. Ruth Meyers, Summerville, S.C. and Mrs. Nellie Hightower, Richmond, Va.; six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews; a dear friend, Mrs. Fairy Belle Gladman, Augusta, Ga.; and other relatives and friends.
