Obituary
God looked around His garden, and found an empty space, then He looked down upon this earth, and saw your tired face. He put His arms around her and lifted her to rest. On August 18, 1992, Sis. Annie B. Walker departed this life at her residence after a lengthy illness.
She was born October 15,1902 in McDuffie County to the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert and Janie Cunningham.
At an early age she was converted and baptized at the Springfield Baptist Church, Thomson, Georgia. After moving to Augusta, she united with the Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, where she served faithfully in the Senior Mission and Annie Watson Circle until her health failed.
She leaves to cherish her memory, three grandchildren, Mrs. Ida B. Tutt, North Augusta, S.C., Ms. Vanessa Cunningham and Mr. Roy Cunningham, both of Augusta, Ga.; fourteen great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren; a devoted niece and nephew, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Daggett, Atlanta, Ga.; a devoted cousin, Ms. Mary Story of Thomson, Ga.; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, devoted friends and neighbors.

Please dont sing sad songs for me. Forget your grief and fears. For I am in a perfect place
Away from pain and tears . . . Im far away from hunger, And hurt and want and pride I have a place in Heaven, With the Master at my side.
My life on earth was very good, As earthly lives can go,
But Paradise is so much more Than anyone can know . . . My heart is filled with happiness,
And sweet rejoicing, too. To walk with God is perfect peace,
A joy forever new.
