cJum er, surrendered to the call of God, humbly and

peacefully. She was bom in Columbia County.

She attended the public schools of Columbia County and was a graduate of Harrison School of Cosmetology. At an early age she was converted and baptized at Smith Grove Baptist Church. After moving to Augusta, she joined the Mt. Calvary Baptist Church. After marrying and moving to Detroit, Michigan she united with the Triumph Missionary Baptist
Church.

After retiring and relocating back to Augusta, she reunited with the Mount Calvary Baptist Church, where she served faithfully until her death. She was a member of Club #3. She was always just in her dealings, faithful in her department and upright in character. Alaeister always exemplified a Christian spirit and was loved by all who knew her.

She leaves to cherish her fond memory: ogp daughter, Mrs. Runnette (Willie) Leverett; two grandsons, Mr. Ronald (Alicia) Leverett and Mr. Tony (Shyree) Leverett; a great grandson, Tony Leverett, II; a loving and devoted aunt, Mrs. Janie J. Hampton; three brothers, Fred Dunn, Jr., Liverpool, NY; Perry Dunn, Evans, GA; and Sylvester Dunn, Evans, GA; one sister, Mrs. Katherine Bullock, of Liverpool, NY; three sisters-in-law; loving and devoted cousins, Evelyn H. Sneed, Dorothy H. William, Janie E. Green, Willie Joe Hampton, Damien L. Sneed and Sheila William-Shrine; three goddaughters; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
