Crossing The Bar
Sunset and evening star, And one clear call for me!
And may there be no moaning of the bar, When I put out to sea.
But such a tide as moving seems asleep, Too full of sound and foam,
When that which drew from out the boundless deep Turns again home.
Twilight and evening bell, And after that the dark!
And may there be no sadness offarewell, When I embark;
For though from out our bourne of Time and Place The flood may bear me far
I hope to see my Pilot face to face When I have crossed the bar.

She was also a part-time nurse in the Public Schools of Greenville.
On Saturday, April 17,1 999 at 2:30 p.m. an angel of the Lord visited St. Francis Hospital and sealed the lips of our beloved sister.
She leaves to mourn her passing: two sisters Eliza beth G. Floyd and Christine G. Suber ofNewberry, South Carolina, one brother: Wilbert Anderson Golden of Detroit, Michigan, one sister-in-law, Es ter Golden and a host of other relatives and friends.
From the hospital bed, to heavenly rest,
God took you home, to be His guest.
You suffered too much, your pleasures were few,
And you never deserved what you went through.
You stood the test, and stood it well
Just what you suffered, no one can tell.
So treasurer her Lord, in your garden of rest
For when on earth, she was one of the best.
