[November 2,1957, to Lillie Mae Anderson Robinson and Willie joe Robinson, Sr.

At an early age Joyce united with the Galilee Missionary Baptist Church under the pastorage of the late Rev. George C. Williams. Here she served faithfully until her death. She served as a member of the Sanctuary Choir and Trustee Board until her health would not permit her.

Joyce was employed by the Richmond/Burke Job Training Authority for over twelve years. She worked diligently in many different capacities.

She was preceded in death by her father. Joyce departed this life on June 29,1998.

She leaves to cherish her memories her children: two sons, Darius Jarrell and Stuart Anthony Singleton; one daughter, Shalita Nikkia Hurdle; her mother, Lillie Mae Robinson; one brother, Willie Joe Robinson, Jr. (Barbara); ten sisters, Mary Ann Hawes (Jessie), Rosa R. Edwards, Jemel R. Flono (Adam), Lillie Robinson, Bertha Robinson, Caretha R. Lockhart (George), Earlene R. Marshall, Loretta R. Greene (Solomon), Audrey R. Williams (Nathaniel) and Margaret Denise Robinson; an adopted sister, Jacqueline Denise Dunn; an adopted brother, P. C. Wiley; maternal grandfather, Joe Anderson; a dear and faithful friend, Tim Flono; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
