OBITUARY
AlvinTheodore Singleton, Jr., the first bom son of the late Rev. Alvin T. Singleton, Sr. and Lillian J. Singleton, was bom September 5, 1941, in Burke County, Keysville, Ga.
At an early age, he joined the Walker Grove Baptist Church where he served faithfully as a member until he moved away.
Death comes at all seasons and all ages. Often He sends no summons before Him, but floats unseen on the breeze. Thus it came to our dear brother, Alvin T. Singleton, Jr., on Wednesday, June 8, 1994.
He was united in marriage to Miss Betty J. Everett on December 17, 1966. To this union, two children were born.
He leaves to cherish his memories: two daughters, Felicia Y. Singleton and Pamela L. Singleton, both of Alpharetta, Ga.; one son, Andre Singleton-Dale of Boston, Mass.; one granddaughter, Taylor Phylice; one sister, Vivian S. Smith of Hephzibah, Ga.; two brothers, John M. Singleton of Hephzibah, Ga., and David L. Singleton ofAugusta, Ga.; four step-sisters and one step-brother; three sisters-in-law and one brother-in-law; an aunt and two uncles; several nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
