Servant O f Qod, W ell D one
Servant o f God, well done; Rest from thy love employ; The battle fought, the vict'ry won,
Enter thy M aster's joy. The voice at midnight came;
She started up to hear; A mortal arrow pierced her frame;
She fell, but felt no fear. The pain o f death are past; Labor and sorrow ceased; And life's long warfare closed at last, Her soul is found in peace. Soldier o f Christ, well done; Praise be thy new employ; And, while eternal ages run,
Rest in thy Savior's joy.
AMEN
