You are sleeping in Gods beautiful garden, Your life is a beautiful memory, Your absence a silent grief, Ofsunshine andperfectpeace,
You left a beautiful memory.
A sorrow to great to be told. But to us -who loved and lost you,
Id like to paint a portrait so beautiful that the blind could sketch its detailsfrom memory.
While Ive noflairfor the grand, Ill stepforth and take a stand Here is my portrait: my hand.
Id like to write a song so compelling that the deafcould instinctively hear its lyrics. Though perhaps lacking in style, Ill still submit it to trial Here is my song: my smile.
Id like to build a highway so straight that the handicapped could all traverse it with ease. And, while Im no architect, this one design Ill erect ~ Here is my highway: my respect.
Id like tofill the worldwith suchpeace that love andJoy wouldpermeate all its boundaries. And when I take myfinal nodand return to the sod, I will still share with you my peace: my God.

Id like the memory ofme to be a happy one
Id like to leave an after glow ofsmiles when life is done Id like to leave an echo
whispering softly down the ways ofhappy times and laughing times
and bright and sunny days Id like the tears ofthose who grieve
to dry before the sun ofhappy memories that I leave
when life is done.
