Do N o t Stand at M y Grave and Weep
Do not stand a t my grave and weep, 1 am not there. 1 do not sleep.
1 am a thousand winds th a t blow. 1 am the diamond glint on snow. ./ am the sunlight on ripened grain.
1 am the gentle autumn rain.
W hen you wake in the morning hush. 1 am the swift, uplifting rush
O f quiet birds in circling flight. I am the soft starlight a t night.
D o not stand a t my grave and weep. 1 am not there. 1 do not sleep.
<Do not stand a t my grave and cry. 1 am not there, 1 did not die!)

Obituary
Mr. Albert Rowe "Rowe" as he's favorably known by many, is the son of the late Herbert Rowe, Sr. and Mrs. Allene C. Rowe.
He was born October 5,1952 in Augusta, Ga. He answered the call from labor to reward on June 2, 2010 at Trinity Hospital. He was a graduate of Lucy C. Laney High School and Augusta Technical School. Rowe was employed at University Hospital for many years in the Plant and Engineering Department.
His failing health caused him to retire early.
Rowe was a dedicated member of Beulah Grove Baptist Church, where he served faithfully in the Trustee Ministry, the Transportation Ministry, and the Male Chorus.
He was a God fearing man who loved working in the church. Rowe was a very loving and generous man toward everyone. He had a winning smile, and was a friend to many. If he could do anything for you, he was there................. no questions asked, with that beautiful smile on his face. Rowe's smile was his calling card. If they didn't know him by name, they always knew that smile.
Left to cherish his memories are a loving, caring, and devoted wife, Patricia Rowe, a devoted and loving mother, Mrs. Allene Rowe, three loving daughters, Yshi (Rico)
Fryer, LaShunda (LaBert, Sr.) Twiggs, Chantell (Gregory Jr.) Rowe, seven beautiful grandchildren: LaBert Jr., LaXavier, Teasha, Mekiah, Destini, Sequora, and Gregory III.,
and a loving godson, Shaquille Dunn, three devoted sisters; Delores Branch, Betty

(Carrington) Greene, Janice Rowe, four loving brothers: Leon (Mary) Rowe, Howard (OBera) Rowe, Eugene D. (Shay) Rowe and Ricky Rowe, devoted friends, Walter Glenn, Charles Washington, and Yvonne Nelson. In addition, there are many loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and other relatives and friends.
MY WIFE
The love of my life, just know my leaving was so sudden and I know that you don't understand. Please know that I am fine. Really, I am. Today you are sad, but always remember the wonderful times that we have shared.
I love you, Rowe
MY CHILDREN
I know right now you don't understand, but soon you will know why. I will always be with you, watching over all of you, knowing that you are doing well.
Sons, take care of my daughters and grandchildren. Love each other, and be there for each other, and always keep God first.
MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS
I am sorry that I had to leave so quickly, but know that it was time.
Always, listen, love and care for each other.
MY MOTHER
You are my inspiration. You made me the man that I am. Thank you mama for all your love, prayers, and guidance, but most of all, thank you for being my mama.
