The pathway of the just is a shining light that shineth more and more unto the perfect day. This is a tender hour, but in no way an hour of tragedy. There is something utterly appropriate about the going home of this one who has lived a happy and useful life. Wlfoo has put so much of goodness, kindness, love, and service? JM others and loyalty to God into her years.
Mrs. iu^rean S. Rouse, age 51, departed this life May 12, 1981, at Doctors Hospital in Augusta, G&. She was born May 11, 1930 in Lincolnton, Ga., to Mrs. Annie Mae Sims and the late Mr. Joe Sims. She became a member of Harmony Baptist Church at an early age.
Survivors include her husband, Mr. Alexander Rouse, Sr. of Lincolnton, Ga.; mother, Mrs. Annie Mae Sims of Lincolnton; 3 daughters, Miss Jo Pearl Rouse, Miss Abernice Rouse, and Miss Carolyn Rouse all of Augusta, Ga.; 3 sons, Mr. Gregory Rouse, Mr. Anthony Rouse of Lincolnton, and Mr. Alexander Rouse, Jr., of Brooklyn, N.Y.; sisters, Mrs. Mamie Jo Jones, Mrs. Martha Crite, both of Lincolnton, Mrs. Emily Tutt, Mrs. Annie Ruth Norman, both of Augusta, Mrs. Bessie Lee Peoples, Germany; five brothers, Mr. Steve Sims, Mr. Floyd Sims, and Mr. Curtis Lee Sims, all of Chicago, 111., Mr. Willie James Sims, Lincolnton, and Sgt. Jesse Lee Sims, Lebanon, Pa.; grandchildren, Shenita, Terrance, Traballis, Valarie, and Dwayne; eleven sisters-in-law, 10 brothers-in-law, mother-inlaw, Mrs. Nettie Rouse of Lincolnton, father-in-law, Mr. Jesse Rouse of Lincolnton, 1 uncle, 3 aunts and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Words are inadequate to express the humbleness and gratefulness we feel toward all of our bereavement. Your prayers, your love, your presence and service has sustained us. Your cards, telegrams, flowers, and gifts of food were warmly appreciated. We saw all of these as Gods love expressed through you. May Gods richest blessing be with each of you.

oem,
She was a noble wife and mother Loved by all she knew
Everyone she tried to help And smiled the whole day through
She served and loved her Master And tried His will to do
Was always helping others A life so noble, kind and true
We shall miss her bright smile And all her loving ways
But well try to live for Jesus And meet her at the end of our days.
