Mrs. Emma Beatrice Rollen was born on June 1944 and
entered into rest peacefully in the early morning of May 13, 2012 surrounded by those she cherished most. Emma was preceded in death by her mother and father, the late Annie Peal Black and Julian oiacK, ner two brothers, Alfred and Harry Lee Dudley, ahu her sister, Martha Black.
Emma was a devoted member of Beulah Grove Baptist Church. She worked for many years at A & L Foods, and retired fro the Labor Union. She was also a member of "The Augusta Trave ers Club."
She leaves to cherish her memory a loving and devoted husband of 43 years, Alfred Rollen, two daughters; Latoya Ballard, and Destini Sutton, one sister; Mrs. Betty Black, a special friend; Rbse Tillman, a devoted sister-in-law; May Rollen, one nephew; Julian Brown, five nieces; Annie Louise Black of Stafford, Virginia, Patricia Rowe of Augusta, Ga., Gail McKinney and Aquanetta Sapp o f Atlanta, Ga. Vanessa Ballard o f Augusta, Ga., and a host o f great and great -great nieces, nephews, cousins, and devoted friends.
