God Saw You
Getting Tired
God saw you getting tired, W hen a cure was not to be. So He wrapped his arms around you, and whispered, "come to me."
You didn't deserve w hat you went through, So He gave you rest.
God's garden m ust be beautiful, He only takes the best
And when I saw you sleeping, So peaceful and free from pain

Today I Cried
Since the day that you departed It is hard for me to go on.
Each day has brought more new tear Even though I tried to be so strong
Today I cried for you Hearing the mention of your name
Being reminded of what we had Knowing my life will never be the same.
It has only been a little while And I know it will take time to heal. I wonder how many more tears I'll cry
Alone with the heartache I feel
Today I cried for you And the love that we once shared I will never forget our years together Or how much you showed you cared.
My love for you will never fade Within my heart you will stay With all the memories we once shared Until you left me on that day
