MR. ROBERT ROBERTSON was born November 14,1928 to the late Jack Robertson and Lois Ramsey in Lincolnton, Georgia.
In 1950 Mr. Robertson married the former Ms. Maggie Glaze of North Carolina and left Lincolnton for East Point, Georgia. Mr. Robertson was employed for 36 years with the Super Value Food Store Chains which also included Big Apple and Food Giant. On August 31, 1994 the Lord saw that his road had gotten long and his load was too heavy to carry so he spoke to Robert at South Fulton Medical Center and said "Well done, my good and faithful servant, come on home and take your rest."
He leaves to cherish his memory a devoted wife, Mrs. Maggie Robertson; god daughter, Ms. Chamille Lattice Poon; god son, Mr. Maurice Henton; a dear friend, Mrs. Joyce Langford; a loving niece, Ms. LaTonya Garnett; five aunts, brothers-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester Glaze of Redding, PA; Mr. and Mrs. Robert Glaze, Lincolnton, Georgia, a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and other relatives and friends.
