MRS. JOHNNIE MAE RlCH, was born to the late Mr. and Mrs. John and Sally Wimberly on June 10, 1939, in Augusta, Georgia.
She slipped away in the arms of the angels on May 16, 2002, Thursday morning.
The family says, "her love, smile, and affection will be greatly missed."
Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Wimberly, two brothers, Leroy and James Wimberly, and a sister, Mrs. Willette Davis, all pre ceded her in death.
She leaves cherishing memories: her devoted daughter, Harriett Gunter; grandchildren, Jon Byrdsell and Myssi Byrdsell; great grands, Quanyshia Byrdsell and Joslin Byrdsell, all of Augusta, Georgia; two brothers, Harold (Roselle) Wimberly, Beech Island, South Carolina and Charles Thompson, Augusta, Georgia; two nephews, Cedric Waltower, Augusta, Georgia and Stevie Wimberly, Beech Island, South Carolina; seven nieces, Latonya Sledge, Percia Davis, Sheldyse Wimberly, Mozeile Madison, Regina (Antwan) Taylor, Augusta, Georgia, Cassandra Wimberly and Pamela Wimberly, Beech Island, South Carolina; sister-inlaw, Mary Madison, Augusta, Georgia; devoted friends, Sadie Curry, Tampa, Florida and Gwen Walker, Augusta, Georgia; and a host of great and great-great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
