The Hills of Home
When rough is my Journey and heavy the load When sorrows of life have come, This one thing I know, at the end of the road Are the beautiful hills of home.
No matter what comes I will sing and press on. Ill face up my eyes as I journey along To the beautiful hills of home.
The burdens of life I shall someday lay down. On earth I shall no more roam, My Savior will greet me with harp and with crown, In the beautiful hills of home.
In the beautiful hills, the ever-green hills. In the beautiful hills of home, where cares never come, no
sickness nor gloom. In the beautiful Hills of Home.
