Robert K. Ramsey was born on February 17, 1926 in Lincolnton, Georgia to the late Mr. and Mrs. Kelley W. Ramsey (Nina C. McCord). He departed this life on November 9, 1997.He attended the Public School of Lincolnton, Georgia, and later volunteered for the U.S. Navy during World War II.
When he was honorable discharged from the Armed Services, he moved to Atlanta where he held various jobs until he retired four years ago.
Robert leaves to cherish his memory: Reverend and Mrs. John W. Ramsey (Esther P.), Deacon and Mrs. Lloyd D. Ramsey (Louise) of Decatur, Georgia, Mr. Theodore R. Rams6) of Atlanta, Georgia; a loving aunt, Mrs. Eula Mae Johnson of Augusta, Georgia; a caring uncle, Mr. Floyd McCord of Elberton, Georgia, a devoted play sister, Ms. Joann Starks; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
