"Judge rpe, 0 Lord; for 1 have walked ii? njiije integrity; I have trusted"
One thing I have desired of thetord, that I will seek after that: I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
Mrs. Julia Ramsey quietly and peacefully slept away Wednesday morning at her residence.
She was a native of Lincoln County and lived here all of her life. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jack Ramsey, a member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Women Mission, and the Firty-Nine Banner Life Society.
She possessed a very kind and pleasant disposition, and was loved by everyone. A sweet life ended Wednesday morning when she was taken from us.
Those who are deeply touched are her devoted and loving husband, Mr. Elgin Ramsey; eight daughters, Mrs. Lucille R. Jones and Ms. Mary E. Ramsey, Lincolnton, Ga.; Mrs. Naomi R. Collier and Miss Virginia Ramsey, Atlanta, Ga., Mrs. Pearl Mason, Germany, Ms. Lucinda Ramsey, Fayetteville, N. C., Ms. Lillian Ramsey, Augusta, Ga. and Mrs. Nellie Weems, Lincolnton, Ga.; two sons, Mr. John Ramsey and Mr. Harold Dunn Ramsey, Atlanta, Ga.; three sisters, Mrs. Lula Bell Smalley, Mrs. Annie Mae Dunn, and Mrs. Minnie Bentley all of Lincolnton, Ga., 19 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, one daughter-in-law, seven sons-in-law, two aunts, three brothers-in-law, two sisters-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends to mourn her passing.
Now the Lord has laid her down to rest, As the sun sinks far into the west.
Evening shadows around her now fall, She heard her dear Saviours call. Her day is ended, her work is done, Lifes battle fought and the victory won. Headaches and sorrow all shall cease, And now her soul shall rest in Peace.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Words are inadequate to express the humbleness and gratefulness we feel toward all of our friends who have consoled us during our bereavement. Your prayers, your love, your presence and service has sustained us, your cards, flowers, and gifts of food were warmly appreciated. We saw all of these as Gods love expressed through you. Whatever you did to console our hearts we thank you very much.
