A Time To Be Born Mr. Ossie Lee Partlow was born on March 2,1955 to the late Mrs. Gladys Hicks Partlow and Deacon Isiah Partlow in Lincolnton, Georgia. A Time To Learn He began his education in Lincolnton, Georgia and completed it in Augusta Georgia. A Time To Love Mr. Ossie Lee Partlow was united in Holy Matrimony to Ms. Cathy Lynn on June 10, 1993.
A Time To Serve God At an early age he accepted Jesus Christ as his Saviour and joined the New Tabernacle Baptist Church in Lincoln County Georgia. On April 23, 1993 he joined Central Church of Christ in Augusta, Georgia.

A Time To Serve Country hi 1981 he joined the United States Army and served his country honorably for two years. A Time To Die Some time on March 10,2002 he made his transition into eternal life. A Time To Gather He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Mrs. Cathy Lynn Partlow, a son Lawrence Lynn, of Augusta, GA; his father, Deacon Isiah Partlow, of Tignall, GA; three sisters, Mrs. Doris P. Zellars of Lincolnton, GA; Mrs. Mary (Isiah) Burns and Ms. Debbie Partlow both of Augusta, GA; two brothers, Mr. Hammie Eugene Partlow and Mr. Ira Partlow both of Augusta, GA; a special cousin that was like a brother, Mr. Joe L. (Naomi) Cobb of Lincolnton, GA; five step-sisters, Mrs. Mary (Fitroy) Terry, of Long Island, NY, Mrs. Irene (Richard) Hudson, of Yonkers, NY, Mrs. Lois (Leroy) McCharty, of Newark, NJ, Mrs. Ernestine (Joe) Williams, of Tignall, GA, Mrs. Lizzie (Leonard) Porter, of Rayle, GA; one step-brother, Mr. William Moss, of Yonkers, NY; three aunts; Mrs. Gracie (Johnny) Jones of Queens NY, Ms. Mattie L. Dial of Marietta, GA, Ms. Cora J. Rouse of Pittsburgh, PA, five uncles; Mr. Stonewall (Camilla) Partlow of Pittsburgh, PA, Mr. Clarence Partlow of Lincolnton, GA, Mr. Clordie Partlow of Tignall, GA, Mr. Columbus (Vera) Hicks of Tampa, FL, Mr. Horace (Faye) Partlow of Gainesville, FL; three nephews, Mr. Eferem Fitzgerald (Johnnie Mae) Zellars, Mr. DMarquis (Kish) Burns and Mr. Rico Partlow all of Augusta, GA; two nieces, Ms. Kenisha Partlow of Holland, Netherlands, Ms. Chasity (Wesley) Burns of Louisville, GA; two great-nephews, DMarquis Burns, Jr., and Stewart Zellars both of Augusta, GA; one great-niece, Ashley Burns, of Louisville, GA; cousins Ms. Charity Thomas, Ms. Gloria Jean Thomas of Queens, NY, Ms. Thelma Moody, of Augusta, GA and a host of other relatives, friends and acquaintances.
