Wednesday, November 4, 1981, the death angel visited Mr. Anderson "Ditty" Oliver, son of the late Mr. Ben Oliver and Kizzie Oliver. He was born Sept. 11, 1888 in Lincoln County, Ga.

He joined the New Tabernacle Baptist Church at an early age. He was united in holy matrimony to Mrs. Allene Oliver who proceeded him in death. To this union two children were born. Mrs. Kizzie Mahony and Lillie Moss of Washington, Ga.; one brother Nathan Wright of Lincolnton, Ga.; one sister Kattie Martin of Chicago, III.; one sister-in-law Cora Smith of Charlotte* N. C.; one brother-in-law. James C. Benson of Chicago, III.; 13 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. And a host of other relatives and friends.
