The Last Chapter
From the day ofmy beginning, I had a choice to make, To stay in sin forever, or the gift of love to take,
Although there have been ups and downs, tears there were a few, By giving them to Jesus, they dissipated like the morning dew. It s just the last chapter ofthe book that I am in, You know it had to close because of mankind s sin, It sjust the last chapterfor me today, don t mourn Rejoice insteadfamily and friends, This is what I ve been working and waitingfor, I ve gone to be with Jesus, Now I can rest and be happyforever more; I II be waiting on the other shore.

-Acknowledgement-

The family wishes to express their appreciation for all acts of kindness shown to them during the time of illness and bereavement of our love one. Your concern and presence here today is a direct source of strength for each one of us. We realize that death is, indeed an inevitable feat for all of Gods children. However, it is because of fellow Christians like you that the inevitable has been made more acceptable. May God continue to bless all of you

always.

Prayerfully Yours,

The Middleton Family
