** OBITUARY **
Mr. Alex Mose Lowry was born in Louisville, Georgia on March 24, 1917, one of the sons of the late Mr. and Mrs. Walker Lowry.
After serving in the U. S. Army for four and one half years he joined the Antioch Baptist Church under the pastorage of Rev. Charles Stokes. Mr. Lowry departed this life on December 30, 1978.
He leaves in mourning his loving wife, Mrs. Clara Lowry; two daughters, Miss Yolanda Lowry of Augusta, Mrs. Agnes Cofer of Hollywood, Fla., and one son, Mr. William Henry Lowry of Miami, Fla.; he also leaves seven sisters, Mrs. Lula Randolph and Mrs. Mary Bussey of Augusta, Mrs. Emma Williams, Macon, Ga., Miss Beatrice Lowry, Jacksonville, Fla., Mrs. Geneva Smith, Augusta, Mrs. Mattie Manuel and Mrs. Christina Brown of Chicago, 111.; one brother, Mr. Willie Paul Lowry, Miami, Fla.; four grandchildren; one Goddaughter, Miss Loleevee Lockhart, six sisters-in-law, six brothers-in-law, a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
