- NO REPAST -

Grandpa, You were truly a man of god and loved selflessly. I've learned the true meaning of how to love and how to be
loved. Though the tears are falling, I know deep down inside to be absent from the body is to be present with God. You made bad times better and good times last. So, I say to you, thank you for all the life lessons, the unconditional love and continuous support.
- Love Always, Jamitta Gross
I will always be employed because of you; I will always know GOD because of you; I will always have a bridge of relationships because of you; I will always have a killing sense of pride because of you; I will always have a style because of you; I will always have the will to fight because of you; and I will always make you proud. Your body grew tired over the years, but your fight was so strong. Now you can rest easy knowing your legacy lives on. - 1 Love You, Shaun
To My Hero, The most selfless person I know, I love you to the moon and back. You were the one who taught me the true
meaning of how it feels to be loved by a man. You have put a light in my eyes and in my heart that will never dim, but will always be there to guide me. Never will there be a day that goes by when you're not thought about and missed. I will continue to look forward to the day I see you again. I promise to make you proud and continue the amazing legacy you have left with us. You've put the GRAND in grandfather, so job well done.
- Sincerely, Alexandria

Yo Granddad, Hope you transition to whatever afterlife exists.
I didn't get a "Chance" to say goodbye. Get it? It's a pun. Ahhh bad puns all around. You probably don't or can't read what I am writing, being a non-corporeal being now, which sounds awesome. Anyway Granddad, I don't think I need to tell you how I feel and I'd feel kinda redundant ya know. I don't really need to say goodbye because I'll see you later buddy. - Chance Lewis, IV
There will never be enough words that can explain the way my heart feels about you granddad. You alone taught me so much in this world, to focus on life and to know where you are going in this life was the most important key. You would always say not to be fixated on phones, clothes, and other materialistic things, but focusing on "our lesson" (as you would call it), so we can get out of school and become something in this world. For me being a recent graduate and not being able to see you sit in the audience was a little discouraging. I made it my personal duty to see that you saw me in my cap and gown after my graduation. Now that your physical being is no longer in my presence, your spiritual being lingers forever. I have come to realize that you're not here walking on this earth, but will NEVER mean that you won't be here close to my heart. I will always be reminded of how faithful and dedicated of a husband you were to my grandmother, how thoughtful and proud of a father you were to my mother, aunts and uncle; also how great of a grandfather you were to my cousins, sister and brother. I am forever blessed to have you in my life.
- 1Love You, Kovey

have been with me ever since I was born. Through good and bad times, you have always been a mentor to me from the beginning. You have been a loving member of this family even through death. My bond with you will always stay. Now that you have passed, your lessons will be with us forever. We will always remember you, through photos and in our hearts. Now that your book in this life is over, your legacy will always be with me.
- Love, Gary H. Nipple, Jr. (Grandson)

Granddad, You will always and forever be a man that I look
up to and try to pattern my life after. You were my idol and I will always love you. You will always be that special person that makes me want to strive for greatness. You will always be loved. Granddad, you were a Spirit-filled man and dedicated most of your life to your family and church. You were a great father figure and I will miss the times we shared. I know that you will always watch over me and guide me. You inspired me to follow my dreams and follow God. You were an amazing man and a fantastic grandfather. - Love, Eric

Granddad, I love you Grandaddy and I will miss your
presence in the family. - Love, Zoriah

Papi,

We miss you and love you. You made this family. - Love Your "Blue-Eyed Diamond,"Malaysha

To My Granddaddy, There was no limit to your greatness, love,
faith, nor strength. You were a God fearing man who was always a positive force in my life. I've grown up admiring your faith and wisdom which will forever remain in my heart as your words will forever play in my head. I love you more than you could ever know, and I greatly appreciate the man you were to our family. I thank God for the blessing of having you as a grandfather. I loved and will greatly miss the laughs we had, the words we shared, and the joy you brought with just a smile. I love you so much and I know you're resting peacefully with God. I'll see you later my sweet grandfather. - Love, Faith

To Our Inspiration, Today, we say our earthly goodbyes to the most
incredible man we've met in our entire lives. We are grieving the loss of our grandpa; we feel an empty void very clearly. The head of the family is no longer here with us, and we feel his absence deeply. We never thought about what it would be like without him. The guidance he provided will forever play a key part of our lives. Granddaddy taught us the true meaning of what it means to love and to be loved. Rest in peace Granddaddy!!!.
- Love, Your Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren

Grandfather, I will always love you, even in death. You

Dad is at rest; his pain has cease; his tired body had obeyed to Gods request. His journey has been long, but there is elsewhere he must see, so his spirit had to be setfree.
Dad is at rest; his deeds have been done; he lived a purposefully life as plan; something only God would understand.
Dad is at rest; our crying is natural and pain is temporary, but eternal life isforever stationary.
Dad is at rest; we have been with him every step o f the way; he had to walk the last path alone; his transition was peaceful when God called him home.
Dad is at rest; he is one in the number; he saw the handwriting on the wall; the angel made haste because God knew it all. Dad is at rest; our questions are no more;
those weary hearts o f worry have come to an ease because death has knock on Dads door. Dad is at rest; we must rejoice in it all;
Heaven is on standby; dad is awaitingfor his resurrection call... Dad is at rest.
