Mr. Charlie Frankie Lee, son o fAnnie Rachel Coleman Lee and late Pink Lee was bom in Saluda County, on April 14 1950. He departed this life Thursday night, March 22,2007, in the Heartland Hospice House, Augusta, GA, after declining health.
He received his education in the public schools of Ridge Spring, South Carolina.
At an early age, he joined the Mt. Alpha Baptist Church. He was a retired employee o f Riegel's. He was once married to Ora Bell Anderson Lee. This union was blessed with four children.
Charlie will be dearly missed by his family, friends and all who knew and loved him. He left many precious memories to be cherished by his family and friends forever.
He leaves to cherish his memories; his mother, Annie R. Lee, Augusta, GA; three sons, Eddie Lee, Johnston, SC, Jackie Butler, Batesburg, SC and Deondray Coleman, Saluda, SC; four daughters, Shirley Lee, Saluda, SC, Joanne Pixley(Adam) and Teresa Lee both o f Johnston, SC and Jacqueline Butler, Batesburg, SC; dear friend, Deadria Coleman, Saluda, SC; brother, Richard Lee, Saluda, SC; eight sisters, Annie Jordan, Mary Corley(Clarence) and Vickie Lee-Jackson(Tony) all o fAugusta, GA, Druscilla Paige(Calvin) and Rachel Moore(Jerry) both o f Hephzibah, GA, Fannie Anderson(Ruben), Aiken, SC, Sharon A. Dunbar(Michael) and Ethel Maddox both o fNorth Augusta, SC; nine grandchildren, one great grandchild; eleven uncles, twelve aunts; and a host o fnieces, nephews, other relatives, extended family and sor rowing friends.
