"Rejoice"
Wipe away your tears and don't cry, because 1 had to die. I couldn t chose the time nor type o f death, but where I'm going I'll have no regrets. I've talked to the maker and He's never been a forsaker. He brought me up from the midst o f my trials removing all doubts and denials. Rejoice with me as 1 sleep, my body is gone but now my spirit is with the Lord to keep. Even though my body will turn to debris, my soul is free. I'm going to a new city, where I won't have to grieve in pity. Rejoice with me. I'm going to see the Heavenly King. I don't have to suffer pain anymore in this land. For I'm waiting to proceed onto the judgement stand. Hoping to sit at God's right hand. Mv journey is over and now complete, the battles have been won, oh what a great feat! Don't be sad for me. I've waited for this day to see the Father. Son, and Holy Ghost, oh yes all three! So my brothers and sisters continue the ride. I'm just one step on the other side.
