Ofatuaruf
It is said that there are three words in the English vocabulary that are more solemn than all of the others. They are Life, Death and Eternity. Life is more solemn than death; to live is more serious than to die. A Christian's death gives them a more abundant life. Death is a joyable messenger of peace whose kind hand opens to the weary pilgrim the gate of immortality and lets the oppressed go free.
Mrs. Lue Tilda Moore Jones was born April 15, 1910, to the late Hattie and David Moore in the township of Wilkes County, Washington, Georgia. She departed this life August 24, 1977.
She joined the Gibson Grove Baptist Church at an early age. She served faithfully until her sickness.
Mrs. Jones was a very kind friend and lovable person. She was devoted to her family, friends and neighbors.
She is survived by her husband, Mr. Tom Jones Sr.; two sons, Mr. Tom Jones Jr., and Mrs. Reuben Jones of Washington, Georgia; one devoted daughter, Mrs. Keren Shank of Washington, Georgia; one aunt, Mrs. Annie Mae Moore of Atlanta, Georgia; 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
God loved her,, you can be sure God loves her because God is everywhere. He is the good feeling in her heart. He was with her in need. He is with her now. Don't you feel his presence.
