The Obituary
Christopher Conway Jones was born In Augusta, Georgia on May 26, 1969 to two proud parents, Gladys and Frederick W. Jones, Sr. With three older brothers at home waiting for him, who knew that Chris would be the love that would balance out our lives, and be the center of attention. Our family moved to Philadelphia when Chris was three years old. We established our home in North Philadelphia where he met his best friend, Davida, and their friendship blossomed for more than twenty years. Chris was loved by many and disliked by some for his quick wit and fast tongue, but hated for his "Ghetto" fashions which earned him the name "Ghetto Barbie". This name will always keep his memory alive. Chris leaves behind to carry on his love: his mother, Gladys Jones; his father, Frederick W. Jones, Sr.; a stepmother, Louise Jones; five brothers, Frederick, James, Timothy, Robert and Roosevelt Butler of Augusta, Georgia; one sister, Dorothy Robinson of Augusta, Georgia; five uncles, five aunts, a host of nieces, nephews and friends, and lets not forget Papa Cool. He will be missed by all.
Lovingly submitted, THE FAMILY
