October 27,1996, in Richmond County, Georgia, to Cheryl N.
Butler and Keva T. Johnson.
He departed this life, July 25, 2001, at the Childrens
Medical Center Medical College of Georgia, Augusta, Georgia.
Tremaine is a graduated of Burns Memorial United
Methodist Church Pre-K. He also attended Children Unique
Christian Daycare Center.
He leaves to cherish his memories: loving parents, Ms.
Cheryl N. Butler and Mr. KevaT. Johnson; maternal grandpar-
ents, Mr. James T. Butler antf Mrs. Judy H. Butler; paternal
grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Jalnes (Robin) Johnson; maternal
great grandparents, Mr. Carroll Harley, Jr. and Mrs. Edwina
Harley; paternal great grandmother, Mrs. Bertha Mae Johnson;
maternal great great grandmother, Mrs. Alberta Holmes, all of
Augusta, Georgia; uncles, Mr. Jermaine Butler, Savannah Geor-
gia, Mr. Perkins Swinson, Columbus, Georgia, Mr. Lofton Beale,
Orangeburg, South Carolina and Mr. Carlos Beale, Augusta,
Georgia; aunts, Mrs. Phyllis Swinson, Columbus, Georgia, Ms.
Jessica Johnson, Ms. Jaime Johnson, Athens, Georgia and Mrs.
Keisha Beale, Orangeburg, South Carolina; godparents, Mr. and
Mrs. Charles (Shelia) Coleman, Belvedere, South Carolina; and
