Lifes Reflection

George Johnson. Jr. was born on September 7, 1976 at the St. Joseph Hospital, in Augusta, GA. He was the son of Deacon George Johnson, Sr. and Minister Pearline Samuel Johnson. On Thursday, April 12. 2007, the Lord chose to call home one of his beloved children.

At an early age. he joined the Bacon Chapel FBH Church,

George, Jr. received his education in the public schools of Edgefield County, SC. He was

a 1994 graduate of Strom Thurmond High School. Following graduation, to satisfy his

sense of adventure, he enlisted in the Army.

,

~

In the Army, He flourished. He was able to see and learn places he had never been before.

He enjoyed many different customs!

After an honorable discharge from the service, George enrolled in the McDowell

Technical College. Here he received degrees in Cabinet Making and Information System

Technology.

,

George had an infectious smile that made him easy to get to know and made him loved by all who knew him. His memory will forever live on in our hearts and minds.

Left to cherish his many memories are: his parents, Deacon George and Minister Pearline Johnson, Sr; many aunts, and uncles, special parents, Deacon Hazel and Sister Inez Smith; god-parents, Pastor Larry Raiford and Johnnie Mae Raiford; four god-sisters Shakeva Bland, Kimberly Raiford, Tecora O. Galloway and Dioundra Felton, a god-brother, Eric Johnson, and a host of other relatives and friends. ., ,

Don t spend too much lime in mourning. Tears are for the sad,
Im going to be with Jesus and this should make you glad.
Don ! waste your hours in grieving No need to feel distress Im tired of life *s frustrations; I needed to get some rest.
Don t vex yourself with questions or try to reason why Life here for me has ended It came my time to die.
Don t lose the love I gave you, Feed it with care,
Grow it with devotion and spread it everywhere.
Don tfret because my leaving came in such a way.
