He also served as Field Agent for the Columbia Union Sunday School Conven tion for several years and helped to start Easter Sunrise Service in Lincoln County. He leaves to cherish his memories: an adopted daughter, Mrs. Zula M. Wright, Chicago, 111.; two brothers, Mr. P. C. Crite and Mr. Ellis Crite of Chicago, 111.; a son-in-law, Mr. Theodore Wright, Chicago, 111.; one uncle, Mr. Tommy Norman, Tignall, Ga.; five sisters-in-law, a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Theres an open gate, at the end of the road Through which each must go alone. And there in a light, we cannot see Our Fathers claims His own. Beyond that gate, our loved ones Find happiness and rest, * And there is comfort in the thought, That a loving God knows best.
