a lbtte'r to My so n
On this very night o f September 21, 2013, I sit an d wonder how this has happened to my chiCd. I asked the Lord not why, but why you. I ca n t understand; wrap my head around this, or even phantom that I am w ithout my onCy son. I asked the Lord, was it the way you dressed? JVas it your charisma? JVas it your manners? Oh, I know what it was; it was the undying Cove that Lie h a d fo r you my son, that's why the L ord caCCedyou home.
Son, you were my fir s t born, the Cove o f my Cife, one o f the reasons I got up in the mornings. 'Besides your sister, I have never Covedanyone the way I Cove you. This wiCCtake some time fo r me to get used to you not being here. Just to see you p u t on your T0C0 gear cm d your f s or forces, then ask me, "Llm I fresh?" or "you bike this, huh?"
This better to you, my son, is about the unconditionaCCove 1 have fo r you. I wiCCnever see you grow to become a man. I wiCCnever have any grandchiCdrenfrom you. I wiCCnever know what rank you wouCd have been in the arm ed services, your sister wiCC never be abCe to say to you again, "M y brother" or "I Cove my brother" or "3~Cey brother." She wiCCnever see the beautifuC man that I know you wouCd have turned out to be.
L\CCI can say is, son, I was bCessed to have you in my Cife fo r 18 years a n d to know that the Cove I have fo r you wiCCnever die.

One of the lights of my life. The only one that can make me mad, but then,
I turn around and buy you a pair of Jordans. The love I have for you is undying and heartfelt love, as if you were born today.
I give you to the Lord, for He needed your wittiness, your love and your freshness.
As I remember your face everyday, I will embrace everything that you meant to me.
Until I see that smile, those big brown eyes and eyebrows,
you will always be my "Bubba".
LovingCy Submitted, Momma
