I'm f r e e
D on't grieve for me. for notv I'm free I'm following the path G od laid for me I took J(is hand when 1 heard him call:
1 turned my back and left it all.
1could not stay another day. To laugh, to love, to work or play Tasks left undone must stay that way I found that place a t the close o f the day.
I f my parting has left a void. Then fill it with remembered joy. A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss: A h yes. these things. I too will miss.
Be not burdened with times o f sorrow 1 wish the sunshine o f tomorrow.
M y life's been full. 1 savored much: Good friends, good rimes, a loved one s touch.
Perhaps my time seemed all too brief. D on't lengthen it now with undue grief.
O ft up your heart with me. G od wanted me now.
