PSALM 23
Because the Lord is my Shepherd, I have everything I need! He lets me rest in the meadow grass and leads me beside the quiet streams. He restores my failing health. He helps me do what honors him the most. Even when walking through the dark valley of death I will not be afraid, for you are close beside me, guarding, guiding all the way. You provide delicious food for me in the presence of my enemies. You have welcomed me as your guest; blessings overflow! Your goodness and unfailing kindness shall be with me all ofmy life, and afterwards I will live with you forever in your home.
AFTER GLOW
Id like the memory of me to be a happy one.
Id like to leave an afterglow of smiles when life is done Id like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways, Of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days.
Like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun
Of happy memories that I leave When life is done. Carol Mirkel
