Lord, we had- a very wonderful friend, and we would like to thank you with all our heart, for creating

him and letting him enrich our lives. Thank you for all the years we knew each other

and the confidences and hopes and troubles that

weve shared.

Thank you for the understanding that we brought

to each other.

For the patience we had with each others faults; for the advice and even the scoldings we are able to give each other without either of us taking ojfense.
Thank you for the help we have been to each other-in this way, and so lW,iy more.

Thank you that because of him we are better,

happier people, and that he grew as a person too, because of us.

Thank you that he would give us anything in his power-time, money, work, possessions, encouragement,

sympathy-whatever our need. And that he knew we would be as quick to respond

to whatever his needs might have been. Thank you that we laughed together, cried
together, rejoiced together. And although we may not have seen each other as often as we would have liked, when we did come together it is always the same.

Lord, Bless and keep him, our Father you fashioned and filled with qualities that meant so much to us.
Lord, Thank you for our very special friend... Our Father

I need to get away, the pain I have I cannot stay, My soul got tired and went away, The sickness I had I could not hide.

If you knew me at all, you know I really tried. The smiles and grins went away, on one very special day,
The Lord spoke up and said to me "It's time for your soul to soar and be set free."

I got my wings, goodbye friends, live your life holy, and we'll meet again.
Please don't cry, don't shed a tear, you meant the world to me.

Be happy in life, stay with the Lord, this means a lot, you see!
Remember the race is not given to the swift, but to the one that endures to the end.
I ran a good race and fought the good fight, so now my true happiness can begin.
I am gone to a place where there's no more crying, and no more worrying about tomorrow.
I can be held in my makers' arms and not have to feel any sorrow.
I'm in God's heavenly high places; my one and only wish would be to someday see your faces.
