** THE OBITUARY **

Ethel Mae Harris, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Marion Griffin

of Augusta, Georgia, was born September 24, 1936, in Richmond

County, Georgia.



At an early age, she was converted and baptized at Thankful Baptist Church.

For twenty-four years, she was a nursing technician at the Medical College of Georgia.

She is survived by her husband, Thaddeaus Harris; daughter, Tonya V. Harris; step-daughter, Beverly Manor, Augusta; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Marion Griffin, Augusta; grandmother, Mrs. Katherine Hankerson, Augusta; four sisters, Marian G. Jolly, Augusta, Catherine Palmer, Baltimore, Maryland, Louise Beasley, Augusta, and Shirley G. Murphy, Idaho; two brothers, Robert L. and Earl A. Griffin, Augusta; five brothers-in-law, Rudolph C. Jolly, Sr. Augusta, Augustus Palmer, Baltimore, Maryland, Edward Beasley, Augusta, Llewellyn P. Murphy, Idaho, and James Harris, Long Island, New York; three sisters-in-law, Juanita Griffin, Eddie Mae Griffin, and Dorothy Harris; a god-daughter, Miss Sonya Morris; a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
