Was born January 21, 1944 in Augusta, GA. She was the daughter of the late Theresa O. Goudy and Newton K. Goudy. Barbara departed this life March 3, 2009.
Barbara was educated in Augusta, GA at Laney High School. She was a long time faithful member of Most High Trinity Catholic Church. She loved, first GOD, her loving family and friends.
Barbara was united in marriage to Mr. Billy Scott, December 14, 1963. They had been married for 16 years. Within this union, 2 children born. Her daughter Angelique Treon Pendelton preceded her in death.
She leaves to cherish precious memories: her loving and devoted daughter, Sonia (Vernon) D 'Antignac: 2 brothers, John O. (Paula) Goudy, Jerome N. Goudy; 1 devoted sister, Portrice (Freddie) Rucker; 7 grandchildren, Marquita C. Cain, Peter J. Cain, Jamario (Brittany) Smith, DeAngelo F. Pendleton, Tim D 'Antignac, Vernon D 'Antignac Jr., Latoya Butler; 6 great grandchildren, Amaya N. Cain, Angel M. Bussey, Kamarion S. Cain, Kira L. Smith, Zachariah Baxley; a devoted cousin, Betty Brown; and a host of other close relatives and friends.

She makes me calm and listens all the while.
