Alone To never hear another cry To never feel the warmth of your hand But to know you're on your way to the
precious land To never go threw any more pain To never lay another kiss on your face But to know you're sharing G od's love and

THOMAS GARNETT Sunrise July 16, 1917 Sunset February 24, 2002 God saw you were getting tired And a cure was not to be, So he put his arms aroundyou And whispered, "Come to me. "
With tearful eyes we watched you, And saw you pass away.
Although we loved you dearly, We could not make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating, Hard working hands at rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us. He only takes the best.

Granddaddy
Granddaddy, you were a big part of me. When you died apart o f me became empty. I miss your laugh, your voice, your brown hat, and that blue and black jacket you wore all the time. I know you don't want to come back to this problemed world, but I wish you could come back for just one day. I know one day I'll see you again. I know that day will be a great day. Until then, I will miss you, I Love you, Granddaddy, your spirit will always be in my heart.
