Obituary Wdyne Devon Fulcher, was bom on February 28, 1958, to the
late Earnest P. Fulcher and Edna White Fulcher.

He enlisted into the U.S. Navy in 1977, and was dismissed with an

Honorable Discharge.

He was married to Annie P. Philpot. No children were bom to this

union.

Mr. Fulcher was loving and devoted to his family and will be sadly missed by all.

He leaves to mourn; his mother, Edna Fulcher, Augusta, GA; three sisters, Ellen White, D. Genny Willis and Lawanda Lawrence, Augusta, GA; one brother, Ricky V. Fulcher, Martinez, GA; Fiancee', Jacqueline C. Lawrence; stepson, Frederick Lawrence, Augusta, GA; two stepdaughters, Fredericka Lawrence and Shicorria E. Coney, Augusta, GA; grandmother, Helen White, Hephzibah, GA; one brother-in-law, Clarence H. Willis; three aunts, Delois Ware, of Aiken, SC; Nina Santos, of Boston, MA and Maggie Shanks, of Hephzibah, GA; five uncles, Alfred and Phillip White, of Augusta, GA; Leroy and Raymond White, of Boston, MA; and Joseph Fulcher, of Brooklyn, MA; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and other relatives.
