The death of a Christian is a glorious time for our Lord and Saviour has said so and the psalmist in Psalm 116:15 says "Precious in the sight ofthe Lord is the death ofhis saints."

Mn. Mozfll Attaway Floyd was the daughter of the late Mr. Robert and Malonia Thurmond Attaway, bora September 23,1909 in Edgefield
County, South Carolina.

At an early age, she was converted, baptized and joined the China Grove Baptist Church, Edgefield County, South Carolina. After moving to this area, she joined Keys Grove Baptist Church. Later in life she
moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. There she joined the Greater St. Joseph Baptist Church. After many years away, she moved back home and reunited with the Keys Grove Baptist Church, Keysville, Georgia.

She was married to me late Dea. Peter Floyd on January 13,1933. She had a son who preceded her in death.

The example she lived day by day will ever be a goal for her family to strive to reach. She was faithful to her church.

The memories we have of Sis. Mozell Floyd will always be dear to our hearts. We should not mourn her passing, but should rejoice for our departed loved one has gone, we know to a home more beautiful than any we have ever known. She gave her all for Him and for the family He gave to her and now she is added to His great and blessed family in the world beyond our vision which for lack of a better name, called
Heaven.

Theres an open gate at the end ofthe road Through which each must go alone, And there in a light -we cannot see, Our Father claims His awn; Beyond the gate, your loved one finds Happiness and Rest And there is comfort in the thought That a loving God knows best.

Grandma,

You slipped away without even a warning. We did not get to say good-bye, but by your leaving us this way, we know that you are only gone to your home up on high. The Lord has plucked his pretty flower, her pleasant smile and all, we know that you are resting and that you have received your reward. Though, its heavy on our hearts we find strength in GOD. Just knowing youre right there with Him just beyond the sky, and though you have left the road you traveled behind, your footsteps are fallowed so that we will see you, all by and by. Sorrowfidly missed,
Roselyn on behalf of your Grands and Great-Grandchildren
