Mr* Robert Plono, son of the late Thomas

and Mrs. Annie PIone, was born ip McCormidk County, South Carolina; February'22, 192ip# Ho departed this life January 31* 1972 in the
University hospital after a brief illness* In the year of 1939* ho was converted and

baptised, ho became a faithful member of the Bethany Imp clsi Church, which was then under
the leadership of Rev* J.D.tWilliams *_>He^served In various organizations in'the church* Ilo also' served In the United States Army for four years. At the time of his death ho had boon employed by the Southern noli Telephone Company for twenty-five years*
In the year of 1955* he was married to the former Mies* Geraldine White j to 'this 'union five children were born*

He leaves to mourn his passing a demoted wife, Mrs. Geraldine * Plono, two sons,
RobertPlono, Jr., Charles Plono, three dau ghters, Miss* Emma Louise Flono*-Miss. Madeline

Plono, and Miss. Georgette Plono, one brother,

Mr. Adam Plono of Augusta, Ga.; three sisters,

Mrs. Fannie Moore, Mrs. Millie Wilson both of * Brooklyn, N.Y., Mrs. Rebecca Williams of Evans, Ga.; an aunt, Mrs. Pearl Marshall of.Brooklyn,

an uncle, Mr. Joseph Plono of Phils., Pa.j

father and mother-in-law, Mr. h Mrs. George

White; four brothers-in-law, five sisters-in-law

and a host of ncices, nephews, cousins other

relatives and friends.
