One wnom we loved and Knew stepped across the threshold that we called death, but it was only a step into another room of our Father's house.
Boise Christopher Davis. born July 14,1954 in Aiken, South Carolina to the iate John Henry & Rosa Oiiphant Davis. On Sunday morning, October 9. 2011. the Lord took Boise from his former life to a better one.
He joined the Hayden Baptist Church at an early age. After establishing a new home in Augusta. Georgia, he searched and found the Lord's guidance at the Beulah Grove Baptist Church.
He was united in hoiv matrimony to Pamela R. Brown. He worked at the Augusta Fire Department for tw enty-nine years.
Boise's accomplishments are: Professional Barber, Sports Official, Anointed Minister. Member of the 1st Firefighters Honor Guard formed in 199/. f irefighters Water Rescue Team Member, Member ofthe Black Fire Fighters Association and Member of the 1st Carl Hines Executive Development Institute
Boise treated people the way that he wanted to be treated, which is a highly esteemed trait ro acquire.
He leaves to cherish his memories: a devoted wife, Pamela R. Davis; three sons. Mario (Tomekai Obannon. Augusta, GA, Fredrick Reedy, Aiken, SC and Brian Davis. Augusta. GA: cue daughter, Adrina Davis, Augusta, GA; two grandchildren. Kennedy Obannon and Kayden Davis, Augusta, GA; four sisters, Paulette D. Foreman, Jacquelyn Mackie, Beech Island, SC, Rosa Lee Davis Johnson. Aiken, SC, Vanessa Makie Holston, Beech Island. SC: two brothers. Johnm Michael Oiiphant, Windsor, SC and Paul Henry Davis. Baltimore. MD: mother-in-law, Mrs. Rosa Griffin, Augusta, GA: three brothers-in-law: James Wallace (Beverly) Brown, Jr., Columbus. OH. William Kenneth (Karen) Brown. Dalton, IL, and Michael ;Stephanie) Brown. Grand Rapids, MI; two uncles, Johnny Johnson, Miami. FL. and Wallace fPvOse) Johnson, Aiken, SC; four aunts, Cora Johnson. Evetta Butler. Elizabeth Ryan and Minnie Green, Aiken, SC and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and sorrowing friends.
