Obituary
Mr. Howard Collars departed this life suddenly, on November 6, 1999. Mr. Cullars was born on October 29, 1950 to the late Mr. Johnny Cullars and Mrs. Helen Moore. He joined the Ml. Nebo Baptist Church at an early age.
He leaves to mourn four daughters: Michelle Milton, Tonya Milton, Felicia Milton and Kiera Norman all of Washington, GA: four sons: Lynn Beard o f Lincolnian, GA; Mickey Milton, Michael Norman and Jamal Norman all of Washington, GA; one step-son: Matthew Norman of Washington, GA; two sisters: Frances Mae Booker and Anjour Cullars of Washington, GA; four brothers: John Cullars of Washington, GA; Thomas Cull Lars of Rayle, GA; Jimmy Collars of Elberton, GA; and Sonny Cullars of Lexington, NC; one brother-in-law: Walter Booker of Washington, GA; three sisters-in-law: Mary Pearl Cullars of Rayle, GA; Lily Cullars of Washington, GA; and Rosa Cullars of Elberton, GA; seven grandchildren: and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
God saw the road was getting rough, The hills were hard to climb.
He gently closed those loving eyes; And whispered, "Peace Be Thine".

Walking through (he. hack door as graceful as a fox. No one knew that anything was the matter, he said his last words to us as he was walking to his favorite chair to sit down. Death came and knocked on the door and took myfather, Mr. Cullars away. It happen all in the blink o f an eve. No one had the time to say 1love you. and their last words o f goodbye. He will he missed bv many thoughts o f in love. He has done all that he can down here, so let my father rest in peace.
