Friends of the Family

Often God sends no summons before him but floats unseen on the breeze. Death comes without reckless footsteps to all. Thus it came to our loved one, Mrs. Addie Mae Taylor Culbreath on Tuesday night, January 12, 1993 at her home.
She was bom in Saluda County on October 20,1935, a daughter of the late Lizzie Taylor Griffin.
At an early age she joined the Young Mount Zion Baptist Church. After her marriage, she moved her membership to the Branch Hill United Methodist Church.
She was married to Mr. Earnest Culbreath, Jr. She was the mother of ten children; two children preceded her in death.
She will be missed dearly by her family, friends and all who knew and loved her.
Pleasant memories will linger on in the heart of her husband, Mr. Earnest Culbreath, Jr. of Saluda, SC; her daughter, Deborah Culbreath of Saluda, SC; seven sons: Tyrone of Washington, DC; Heyward, Norristown, PA; Jerome, Anthony and Calvin, of Saluda, SC; Timothy of Columbia, SC; and Maurice of North Augusta, SC; two sisters: Louise and Irene Griffin, Washington, DC; six broth ers: Hampton and Ira Griffin, Washington, DC; Jimmy Griffin, Mary land; Horace Griffin, Saluda, SC; Lafayette Robinson, Ninety Six, SC; and Theodore Robinson, Philadelphia, PA; ten grandchildren; two great-granchildren; father and mother-in-law, Ernest and Ruth Culbreath, Saluda, SC; three daughters-in-law; sixteen sisters-inlaw; six brothers-in-law; four aunts, two uncles; and a host of nie ces, nephew, other relatives and sorrowing friends.
