Kimmellar Felicia (Riley) Carries was born on July 5, 1964 in Augusta, Georgia to Mr. and Mrs. Daniel (Evelyn) Riley. God the Father called Felicia on April 10, 2008.
Felicia attended public school in Richmond County. She continued her studies by attending South Carolina State University for three years and Oral Roberts University for two.
Felicia accepted Jesus as her savior at an early age which changed her life and those around her forever. At this time Felicias leadership ability began to be sharpened. As a teenager she led youth groups at her church and in her community. Felicia developed greatly in the things of God under the teachings of Bishop George D. Lee III and Bishop E. Bernard Jordan. During this time she was introduced to the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues and the prophetic.
Felicia walked in the five-fold ministry office of a prophet and was an ordained minister. She felt it was her responsibility to inform her church leaders about what she saw on the horizon in the natural and the spiritual. Felicia trained many Christians on how to hear the voice of God. She also trained Christians in the areas of deliverance and altar ministry work. She felt that all of Gods people should be free to walk in all that He has in store for
them. Felicia enjoyed learning. She read and purchased books
related to sharpening her skills for the building of the Kingdom of God and ridding her body and surroundings of toxins. She also enjoyed eating. The Friday before she was called home, she insisted on eating at the Evergreen in Stone Mountain. She enjoyed trying new restaurants and creating new recipes.
Felicia was employed by SunTrust Robinson Humphrey for the past 10 years as an administrative assistant and an event coordinator. She was an inspiration to many, and she tried to encourage everyone to reach their highest potential and master the
possibilities of their life.
