ANNIE LEE HILL BUSH

Peacefully our dear loved one ANNIE BUSH slept away on Wednesday, June 1, 1988 at Howard University Hospital, Wash ington, D.C. She was born February 10, 1907 in Saluda, South' Carolina. The daughter of the late Regina Herlong Hill and Ben F. Hill. She was reared in Saluda, South Carolina and was a member of the Lockhart Baptist Church. The wife of the late
Deacon James Bush.

Mrs. Bush was a member and Deaconess of the Tenth Street Baptist Church, Washington, D.C. where she served on the 8 O 'clock Morning Choir. Weary and worn from much suffering, she said "I am waiting on the Lord. I know I am alright." We will miss her love, her devotion, and many, prayers, and presence in our home.
Survivors include her devoted niece: Edith Richardson of the home; (5) step-children: Johnny N. Bush, James E. Bush, Walter Mae Bush, Carlisle Williams and Naomi Bush; one broth er: Claude Hill; one sister-in-law: Lottie P. Hill; one sister-in-law: Lottie P. Hill; host of grandchildren; a devoted nephew: Norman J. Bush; seven half-brothers; two half-sisters; and a host of other nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; other rel atives and friends.
