For Our Big Mommy ~ Cheryl Cofer and Pamela Gordon Some grandmothers give you everything that you want. Our grandmother gave us a lot o f what w e wanted, but she gave us everything that we needed. We som etim es did not understand w hy w e couldn't get everything that we asked for, but we know now; she was preparing us for life 's challenges and for what was ahead in the future. W hen w e were kids, she took us on summer vacation to Florida, and one o f her friends called her crazy. She said she wouldn't have a good tim e with two little girls with her. Big M om m y told her friend that it would not be a vacation i f w e did not go with her. Th at's our Big M om m y! This is an extrem ely hard tim e for us Big M om m y, we never im agined life without you. We know we can't go with you this time, but we know you are safe in God's hands and you w ill be waiting for us in heaven. Give Sonny our love and kisses. Your Grandaughters

Don't spend too much time in mourning, tears are for the sad, I left to he with Jesus, and that should make you glad. Don't waste your hours in grieving, no need to feel distress, my body was simply tired, and I had to go get some rest. Don't vex yourself with questions, or try to reason why, life for me has ended, and it came my time to say goodbye. Don't lose the love I gave you, feed it with loving care, grow it with sincere devotion, and know, I will always be there. Don't fret because my leaving, came in such a way we will have another meeting, in God's eternal day.
