** O B I T U A R Y **
Fannie Mae Williams Buckhanon, youngest daughter of Mrs. Pearl Scott Williams and Paul Williams, Sr., was born on April 29, 1942 in Washington, D. C. She departed this life August 4, 1974 in Augusta, Georgia.
Fannie attended the public schools of Richmond County. At an early age she was converted and baptized into the membership of Thankful Baptist Church by Rev. N. T. Young, Sr. She attended Sunday School and was a member of the Senior Choir - but was in active in the choir at the time of death.
She was married to Robert Buckhanon - and it was through her love and devotion to Christ that he was lead to believe and to revoice Christ as his Savior.
Mourning her loss is a devoted husband, Mr. Robert Buckhanon. Mother, Mrs. Pearl S. Williams, father, Mr. Paul Williams, Sr., Cincinnatti, Ohio. Sisters, Mrs. Barbara Dunn, Mrs. Ruth Godbee of Augusta, Georgia, and Mrs. Deloris McQueen, Newark, N. J.Brothers, Paul Williams, Jr. and Raymond Williams, of Augusta, Georgia. Mother-in-law, Mrs. Minnie Lee Allen. Brothers-in-law, Floyd Dunn, Raymond Godbee, and Elliott McQueen. Cousin, Mrs. Odie Mae Dun bar, Chicago, 111. Nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
