Mr. George Brown departed this life Febuary 8, 2000 at his home in Willington, S.C. He was born on January 22, 1928. A son o f the late Mr. Joe and Mrs. Lenora Brown. He was a member o fLittle Mill Baptist Church.
He leaves to cherish his memories, seven sons; Mr. Ray Turman o f New York, Mr. Claude Brown o fDetroit, MI, Mr. Joe Brown o f Cleveland, OH, Mr. Melvin Brown, Mr. Daniel Brown, Mr. Jeff Kearse, and Mr. David Kearse all o f Augusta, GA.; one daughter, Ms. Cynthia Skeete o f Augusta, GA.; three sisters, Ms. Mamie Lou Turner and Ms. Josephine Mitchell both o fAugusta, GA. and Ms. Louise Bolton o fLos Angeles, CA.; three brothers, Mr. Fred Turner o fAugusta, GA.., Mr. Daniel Brown o fFt. Lauderdale, Florida, Mr. Robert Brown o f Toledo, Oh. Five sisters-inlaw, two brothers-in-law and a host o fgrandchildren, great grandchilden, neices, nephews, and cousins.

You bade no one a lastfarwell------You were gone before we knew it. No, not even a goodbye, And only God Knows Why.
He has done his work, He has sung his song, He has done some good, he has done some wrong.
Now he has gone where he belongs, The Lord has willed it so.
