Your memory is my keepsake with which ill never part God has you in his keeping I have you in my heart.

Iley mommy do you know they have basketball in heaven, I playedfo r the Angels on my first day. Moses was a bit annoyed, 1 got caught stealing the ball, he said they don't do that here....
Hey mommy did you know they ski in heaven, we ride atop the tallest clouds, holding our wings in very close, we make a swooshing sound you call it wind down there.....
Hey mommy do you know they have cable TV here, I get to watch all the neat stu ff l could ever want, They even have the Syfy Channel that you and I always enjoyed so much.
I do have some good news though.. At night when you fall asleep, God said / can talk to you in your dreams so those times I show up and we laugh and play, they are as real as they actually seem, promise you 'll talk back to me okay (I can hear you when you pray).. ..
Hey mommy do you know they have basketball in heaven, oh that's right, / said that before, l shoot a three pointer just a while ago, Abraham and Gabriel watched as l scored.
A camera man cam close to get my picture just like they do fo r the pro's on TV, I had the biggest smile y o u 're ever seen, 1put my face close to the lens. It u m huge andfilled the screen, do you know what I said? O fcourse you d o ... I looked and said hey Mommy.
There's pizza to eat all through the day, man....the girls are all awesome and cute. I wear the coolest Air Jordan' and 1 never miss a basketball when l shoot. About the girls .. .the no kissing on the first date thing sorta bothers me....
Iley mommy do you know they have dogs in heaven, 1got one today his name is Jake, hefollows me everywhere I go and like to lick myface.
So mommy, I guess what I am trying to say is that things really aren 7 so had, / miss you and thefamily a lot at times, I miss the stuff I did.

Darnell Lorenzo Brown, the son of
Pansy F. Brown and Dwoine Oliver Sr, was bom February 1, 1991. He entered into the gates of heaven July 5, 2010.
As a young child and in High School Darnell played with AAU Travel Basketball with Augusta Metros sponsored by the Augusta Boys and Girls Club. He played with Team Truth.
Darnell was a well rounded student at T.W. Josey High School. He had a passion for football and basketball, but football was his first love. He was to attend Oakridge Military Academy where he was to complete his 12th grade year while still following his passion for sports with the hopes of going to a 4 year college and playing in the NFL. Darnell fought for his life like he fought on the courts and on the fields.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers: Lorenzo Jones and Alvin D. Henderson.
He leaves to cherish his loving memory, his mother, Pansy F. Brown and his father, Dwoine Oliver Sr., three brothers; LaWoine C. Brown, DeVonte L. Brown and Dwaine Oliver, Jr., three sisters; Samilia L. Brown, Kadeja Thomas and Zakia Thomas, three aunts; Shavuna (Tommy) H. Mozone, Eta Henderson, Aretha henderson, three nieces; Deaisha T. Brown, LaKyra C. Brown and Wyannia L. Brown, godsister, Abrieanna Council, grandmothers; Sarah Brown Baker and Juanita Tolbert all of Augusta, GA., great aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
