O n A p r il 2 9 , 2 0 1 0 , G od p lu cked one o f his m ostpreciousflow ersfro m his garden. Sis. Claudie M ae Brown departed this life a t the W indermere N u rsin g H om e in A u g u sta , Georgia. She was bom M a y 3 , 1915, to the late Israel a n d Rebecca Kelly in B u rke County, Georgia.
She acceptedJesus C hrist as herpersonal Savior a t an early age. She was baptised and became a m em ber o fV aim er Grove M issionary B a p tist Church. She was the oldest m em ber o f the Church and she served u n til her healthfailed.
She was united in holy m atrim ony to the late M r. W illie A lb e r t Brown S r., in January 1932. To this union 10 children were bom.
She leaves to cherish herprecious memories: two sons, W illie A . Brown Jr., a n d Tucious (M argie) Brown, o fA u g u sta , Georgia; s ix daughters, M a ttie (Charlesj G ibbs, M ary N elson, A n n ie H ortonpR osella (Bobby) Shields o f A u g u sta , Georgia, G ladys (Theodore) S m ith o f H ephgibah, Georgia and T u la C unningham of S t. Petersburg, Florida. One sister, M oyelle Turner o fA u g u sta , Georgia, a n d host o fgrandchildren, great grandchildren, geat-greatgrandchildren, other relatives andfriends.
